Nootropic Source ships Monday through Friday, except on holidays.
- Orders must be placed by 3pm EST (12pm PT).
- Orders placed after 3pm EST or over the weekend will ship the next business day.
Nootropic Source ships USPS Mail with tracking and most orders are delivered in 1-5 business days, depending on the shipping method.
Every order will receive a tracking number which can be tracked on usps.com.
Once you receive your tracking number please allow at least 24 hours for it to update on usps.com.
We do not ship on days USPS is closed. Click for a list of USPS holidays.
Nootropic Source sends an email receipt with every order. If you place your order and you do not receive an email receipt of your order, please contact us after checking your spam/junk folder. (If you find our emails in your spam/junk folder, please whitelist/”not-spam” our email address so that you may receive all of our emails in your inbox, we won’t send anything other than your order information and on rare occasions sales.)
If you do not find the order emails, this indicates the email address we have for your order is incorrect or you might have used a different email address when placing the order.
Nootropic Source is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that states delivered to the shipping address the customer inputs at checkout.
Double check that you input the correct information for shipping purposes.
Please keep in mind we ship to where you, the customer inputs at checkout. If using auto-fill double check for errors. If your package is returned back to us as undeliverable we will contact you as soon as it arrives back. At that time you will be invoiced for shipping to reattempt delivery.
We cannot issue a refund or in any case cancel the order. We are not liable for an undelivered package due to incorrect shipping address or being left unclaimed at the post office.
